Please fix laggy issue

I love this game a lot bc its easy to play, isnt boring & I love the graphics BUT.... *There is a lot that needs to be done in order for this game to do well and go far & that is if the company listens & takes their customers suggestions to heart & seriously by helping the customers with the whole lagging & downloading issue, changing the iOS to iOS 9.3, also they charge their customers way too much gems for power potions & energy drinks & for card packs that it becomes overwhelming at times. *Not everyone can afford to buy $100 dollars worth or more of iTunes cards in order to buy gems. *Also, players even charge other players too much pps & eds for one darn ultra rare/ultra rare ex card which shouldnt be allowed bc some people are scamming people by doing that so that they can get ahead of everyone else in the game especially when there is a raid or odyssey event. *Also, what I think is unfair is that they dont allow every player to win the top rank card prizes in the raid event and odyssey event & they should allow every player to win a great powerful card for trying to take part in the event. *Every time I play a raid event I always end up with crappy prizes in the events I play in but I bust my butt off spending lots of money on iTunes cards to buy gems in order to spend more gems on pps/ eds and on the card packs to try to get better cards. *Whats upsetting the most is they charge u a lot for pps & eds in gems but u get less pps & eds for it. *Same goes for buying cards from the card pack; *You end up spending lots of money in order to buy more gems but end up with crappy low ball cards instead of getting the cards that u really wanted which was the powerful ultra rare great cards. *I dont understand why they cant separate the common cards from the rare cards & ultra rare cards; *Instead they should have 3 separate card packs: 1.) common cards -free card pack, 2.)rare card packs-free, 3.)ultra rares - 10 to 50 gems per pack instead of 300 to 5,000 gems. *It would be a lot simpler & easier on people who play this game. *I know a lot of people who quit this game bc it was too expensive for them to play. *Also, they charge way too much for gems. * Instead they should charge in small amounts like for instance: 11,000,000 Gems for $80dollars, 900,000 Gems for $60 dollars, 600,000 gems for $50 dollars, 300,000 gems for 40 dollars, 100,000 gems for 30 dollars, 900 gems for 20 dollars, 600 gems for 15 dollars, 300 gems for 10 dollars, 100 gems for 5 dollars, 80 gems for 3 dollars. *That way people would be paying for their moneys worth & it would be more affordable for the players in the game & more people would want to play than leave the game. *Also, it would help the players wanna play fair in the game by not over charging other players for more pps/ eds for other cards they want to trade in the game. *I do believe that if the company of this game reads my review & takes my advice to heart that they wont regret it. *Because I truly do want this game to last & I really do enjoy playing this game a lot compared to other games that I have played so far on my iPod. *I hope they take my advice to consideration & try to do not only whats best for the company but whats best for their customers like me who love & play & cherish this game. *Im a huge fan of the games artwork & concept of the game; And Im hoping that they fix the things that need to be fixed.
