Support page is not in English. I am having issues and cant write a technical request. Game pages are not loading.

Im an old player who couldnt get his account back after transfer of ownership but I do have proof of purchases made in the game would that be enough to get my old account back

Cant get any help. Nothing in English. Everything else is but getting help . Like the game but there is room to improve. Hope to hear from someone after this

I finished the tutorial and wanted to start the game. "Add friends & start" (friends are added automatically) was the only option I saw. Nah, I guess Ill uninstall. Not gonna bug random contacts or whatever the game wants to do in order to play a simple game. Dont make me be that guy. And maybe it doesnt. But Im not gonna trust "automatically" in order to find out.

Id rather not let my friends know I tried to play this pervy game, but it seems the only way to finish the tutorial is to invite all my friends.

My friend just attempted to kill himself after the developers refused to restore his account from a technical error. He had spent a lot of hard earned money and time to play this bloodsucking game. So be careful. Dont be like that.

Good game... but there is no way to report issues... the admin gives you updates all the time but there is no way to communicate with them ... the website for the game is in only Asian lettering with no other option... sorry... I am able to function in three languages but that isnt one of them... one of the latest additions is criptid assault... of the several times it has come around I am yet to be able to load the event page... I would like to just email them about my issue but as mentioned before I am unable to read the website... this is really frustrating especially considering that I am now over 1300 days logins... fix this please!

I understand this game is new and so, theres room for lots of improvement and further development. I really do enjoy the illustrations, but in terms of the battle system, I expect more special effects and more various battle mechanisms (other than just simple tapping to attack your enemies). I also expected actual movement of the characters that are displayed in the cards (when you first download the game, youll know what Im talking about). Going from and going back to pages is not always a smooth transition and the main pages need to be more organized. Also, so far, I noticed that the characters (called "cryptids") are skewed towards being females. Please include a balance between male and female characters (and the males dont have to be mostly beasts and monsters and the females all angelic and nymph-like creatures, lol. Also, it could be just me, but it seems that when the characters talk to you during quests or when you log-in, lets say, they seem to assume that youre a male player. I am a female player, so I suggest have the characters talk to you neutrally or at least, properly address the player. What really drew me into this game is the amazing fantasy illustrations and I must admit, its getting me inspired to draw my own fantasy characters, but again, please make a balance between male and female cryptids!! Also, it would be nice if theres a way to contact the administrators to report issues or send suggestions. So far, theres no option to do so.

Latest update refuses to download. Writing support email gets bounced back as undeliverable

The game is cool. I dont really have a problem with bugs or something. But there is something that bothers me a bit: - Playing the game for a long time causes lag / late respond. When I slide my finger to scroll the page, the page will scrolling after a few seconds. - Its hard to search some cards in gallery because it has a hundred of pages. Maybe you can add an option to sort cards.

I was playing this game and enjoying it, but it is becoming ridiculously expensive. The newer cards they are releasing are so much more powerful that the average player doesnt stand a chance against them, and of course if you want those cards you had better get your wallet. And I mean big money, some Virtual cards cost you hundreds of dollars!!! It is just ridiculous. I think I will stick to physical trading card games and just look at the cards from this game on Pinterest!!!

First, dont limit transfer accounts between devices. I deleted game because cant transfer back! This game dont give any gem as reward. I can f*ck a girl with 99.99$. Live graphic is horrible, bad resolution! Goodbye, because I cant play it on my lovely phone!!!

This game actually charges you $6.46 when install it.

This game is just goddamn terrible. So much of your time is wasted just sitting at loading. They basically scam you of your money. (If you spend money on this game then youre an idiot).
